With more than 25 years of professional experience in commercial management positions in national and international companies and corporate groups - including more than 16 years as CFO or Finance Director - I have extensive experience that has proven its worth, particularly in challenging situations. Starting my career at one of the Big Four auditing firms, followed by several years as head of Group Accounting at a listed company, I have built a solid foundation in accounting.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

During my time as CFO and Finance Director, I successfully accompanied numerous transformation processes - from M&A transactions and post-merger integrations to international system implementations and the establishment of global finance functions, as well as restructurings and reorganisations. I have also worked for private equity-backed environments, played a central role in two IPOs and several capital increases. A key success factor has always been the introduction of state-of-the-art reporting in accordance with HGB and IFRS, along with the development of meaningful management reports.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
